上海歌剧院是创作演出中外歌剧、舞剧、音乐剧、合唱和交响乐的艺术表演团体，剧院坚持以创排世界经典和打造民族原创并举、以民族原创为重点的方针，重视艺术、管理人才的培养，使之成为与上海这个国际大都市相匹配的一张亮丽的文化名片。
上海歌剧院院长作为中国著名表演艺术机构的领军人物，也是上海歌剧院艺术活动的主导者,更是社会公众艺术形象和艺术声誉的代表者。为了更好地推动上海歌剧院的各项工作，进一步提高上海歌剧院的艺术水准, 加快上海歌剧艺术与国际歌剧发展的融合，实现中国顶尖、亚洲一流、世界知名歌剧院的建设目标，现面向国内外选聘一位在音乐界出类拔萃的艺术领军人物担任上海歌剧院的院长。
一、 任职要求
1、中华人民共和国公民，年龄不超过55岁（1960年1月1日以后出生）。
2、在音乐界有非常高的知名度和良好的声誉，并有在国内外有一定影响力的艺术机构担任过院（团）长或音乐总监等艺术管理经历的。
3、在专业上有精湛出众的艺术造诣和独特的艺术风格。 在业内和观众中有良好的知名度和感召力。
4、与国内外艺术机构有着良好的协作关系，具备职业化的团队合作精神，并有宽广的胸怀能接纳各类艺术精英。
5、符合德艺双馨的基本要求，热心社会公益，没有违反社会道德和公序良俗的社会负面信息。
6、能满足在聘期内只兼任一个艺术机构（国内外均在其列）的艺术管理工作的要求。
7、每年能保证在上海歌剧院工作时间不少于8个月。
二、 基本职责
1、提出任期内歌剧院艺术发展目标和年度演出季计划，并与经营管理团队共同制定、安排演出季所需邀请的客席音乐家在内的整体计划，提交上海歌剧院艺术委员会进行专家论证，并遵循“三重一大”的原则供歌剧院领导班子讨论决策。
2、与艺术总监协商、确定上海歌剧院的艺术风格，不断提高歌剧院所属各艺术团体的艺术质量和国内外的艺术声誉；每年要完成一项歌剧题材的策划，两部经典歌剧的制作、两部歌剧的复排，两年完成一部新创歌剧。
3、从建设国内顶尖，亚洲一流、世界知名歌剧院的目标出发，组织实施专业人员的年度考核和招聘，全球范围物色合适的专业人才，按有关规定完成人员的聘用工作，以德艺双馨的要求建设高素质的专业人才队伍，不断提高歌剧院的艺术水平。
4、根据国际惯例，对未来上海大歌剧院的艺术活动提出建设性意见并进行相应的准备工作。
5、保持与经营管理团队的合作与团结，积极配合经营管理团队在运营中的各项工作，并共同努力完成上海市属文艺院团的各项年度考核指标。
三、待遇条件
任职待遇按照国际惯例协商确定。
四、选聘办法
1、报名

2、资格审查
由上海大剧院艺术中心和上海歌剧院的人力资源部、纪委、法律顾问等组成的招聘工作小组负责应聘者资料收集及整理，并根据任职条件对应聘人选进行资格审查和初步遴选。
3、选拔
由上海市委宣传部、上海大剧院艺术中心、知名艺术家、上歌剧院领导班子和职工代表等组成的评委会对经过遴选的人员进行投票。
投票产生的前三位侯选人提交由上海大剧院艺术中心党委与上海歌剧院党委组成的招聘领导小组讨论，由招聘领导小组讨论决定最终人选。
4、人才测评
由上海大剧院艺术中心和上海歌剧院的人力资源部对最终人选组织人才测评，主要了解该人选的思想政治素质、遵纪守法情况、道德品质和诚信记录。
5、公示
对拟聘用人员在上海歌剧院官网上进行公示，公示时间为7天。公示无异议，报上级主管部门上海大剧院艺术中心和上海市委宣传部审核批准。
6、聘用
审核批准后，由上海歌剧院与确定人员签订聘用合同，聘期为三年（试用期一年）。

Shanghai Opera House
The Shanghai Opera House is an arts performing organization specialized in creating and performing opera, dance drama, musical, chorus and symphony both at home and abroad. We stage not only classic works but also original productions. And in the meantime we highly value the cultivation of artistic and management talents, aiming to make the opera house a fine cultural business card of Shanghai.
As the leader of the Shanghai Opera House, the house president shall lead the operatic activities in Shanghai. He/She shall even more be regarded as an artistic image and reputation representative to the public. To promote the house operation, improve the artistic level, speed up the international cooperation and achieve the aim of being a top Chinese opera house in Asia, even worldwide. We carry out the recruitment of the house president both at home and abroad.
Requirements
1. Citizen of People's Republic of China born after January 1, 1960.
2. Enjoy fame and reputation in the music field, and has experience as president or music director of the world/nation famous institutions.
3. Enjoy outstanding artistic achievements, unique artistic style, fame and charisma to the audience.
4. Have good contacts with the art institutions both at home and abroad. Possess the spirit of professional teamwork and the affiliation breadth of artistic talents.
5. Have enthusiasm in public welfare activities. No negative record of violating the social morality and public order.
6. ONE extra commitment of artistic management with any art institutions either at home or abroad.
7. Work at the Shanghai Opera House at least 8 months per year.
Obligations
1. Season planning and guest artist inviting.
2. Giving artistic orientation, planning one original opera per year, producing two classic operas per year, reviving two opera productions per year, producing one original opera every two years.
3. Organizing and implementing the house annual audition.
4. Proposing the constructive opinion and carrying out the initial work for the Shanghai Grand Opera House’s artistic activities.
5. Uniting the operation team and coordinating the house operational activities.
Income
Negotiate in accordance with the international practice.

Selected by the committee made up of the representatives of the Shanghai Grand Theatre Arts Centre, famous artists and the Shanghai Opera House leadership and staffs.
4. Final Evaluation
Arranged by the human resources departments of the Shanghai Grand Theatre Arts Centre and the Shanghai Opera House.
5. Public Notification
The public notification will be posted at www.Shanghaiopera.com.cn for 7 days. If there is no objection, the result will be reported to the Shanghai Grand Theatre Arts Centre.
6. Contract
A three-year contract will be signed (including one-year probation period).
